Originally from the UK. Now based in Tokyo, Japan.
My work is inspired by life and existence; the cycles and systems which define them, and the nature of the journey itself.
I am interested in the “fractal” characteristics of reality, and the models of belief and faith which drive human progress.
I paint with photographs, and sculpt with natural elements – primarily water and light.
I strongly believe in the potential of technology to make the world a better place, when used with respect for, and consideration of, life and nature.
While recognizing that only the present moment exists, I acknowledge the immense value of tradition, of experience, and of memory.
